Mcdonald's

Really bad service, I asked for two Mc chickens and they gave me and changed me for two crispy chickens. Funny thing, the two crispy chickens just had two pickles. I go inside to fix my order and I had to wait for 10 minutes to be able to get assistance. In the mean while I have an employ next to me that’s off work with no uniform talking to an employee that’s working in the kitchen. The off duty employ was just distracting the employees from doing their jobs. At the end I get another crispy chicken when I get assisted. I decided not to get my money back since I really wanted two Mc chickens I was afraid of making things worse with employees that had no clue of what they were doing. Very unprofessional, I’m Cuban myself and I felt like I entered a really bad restaurant in Cuba. Ridiculous wouldn’t recommend. This made me never order from McDonald’s again. Threw the crispy chickens away so upset I lost my appetite. Waste of money!

If i could give it zero stars i would. The service was absolutely terrible and the 3 orders of fries were cold. Wanted a refund and for the food and the refund i sat in the drive thru for 25 mins. The manager agreed the employees were ridiculously unprofessional and rude. Definitely needs new workers

I’ve been to this McDonald’s before with its long exasperated lines. I try them occasionally because it’s by my job, however, the hours of operation are incorrect. At10:55 pm on the head, I pulled up to the window the the employee hostilely says,”we”re closed”. No explanation of the hours, no response. This isn”t my first rude occurrence here but it was definitely my last.
