Harvester The Blacksmith Arms

Came in this evening when it was quite busy but got welcomed and seated straight away by a young girl called aiko. Sally was our waitress and was attentive and funny honestly couldn't fault the service. Food was delicious and desserts are amazing. All the staff seemed very busy but was all smiling through out my time here but aiko bless her was working her heart out. From the time I was there I saw her greeting and seating customers,bringing drinks to tables and cleaning them within minutes of a next customer,checking food and running it too. She was attentive to everyone's needs customers and her fellow staff. It was so refreshing to see someone so young take her role seriously. You have an amazing team,manager and kitchen. Couldn't fault not one thing. My best outing to date. Thank you all,aurora :)

Despite what was clearly and extremely busy evening, I was seated promptly and treated very well by all memebers of staff. Particular shout out to Ashley, who did a great job of looking after me during my visit. The food was well presented, hot and arrived and the right sort of pace, to allow me to relax and take my time over the meal and I never felt pressured in any way. I'll be back!

Great example of a Harvester. Lovely service. Food came out quickly and nicely done. Especially impressed with the chef tonight. My kids ordered the pork belly swapping mash for chips. The chef asked our lovely server to check if they wanted the glaze/sauces on the meat as it would usually come or on the side. The boys chose on the side and likes the odd dip but it would have been too much. It was busy and the kitchen was at full stretch but they still went out of their way to look after us. Top quality. Came for breakfast and had the unlimited build your own. Very quick service, Sally was very attentive, friendly and polite. The food came quickly and was very tasty. Sausages are herby, bacon is chargrilled, poached eggs were perfect, hash browns were super crispy. Filter coffee is also lovely. The plates were really cool too. It was nice and quiet. The temperature was just right inside. I haven't had breakfast here for probably more than 5 years and I have to say i was impressed.
