Michael's is a great restaurant with amazing options for burgers, chicken, salads, and much more. The staff is very friendly and helpful and we went at lunch time and even though they were busy our food came out hot and fresh. Excellent kids menu as well.

We got a bison burger, a chosen char, and loaded fries! The food was amazing! Very filling, messy in the best way, I loved the environment, it felt ready for a party while being very calm and chill!

It's been a long time since I'd been to Michael's and it is 10x better than it used to be. The decor and tables are really nice and clean. The burgers were good too. one critical feedback I can give is about the gluten free buns. When it was brought to our table these buns were cold, unlike the normal buns. And when I asked if they can warm them up too, they graciously agreed, but when it came back the buns were like a rock. They shouldn't keep these buns in a fridge until the customer asks for one. and they should lightly grill these gluten free buns warming up from room temperature to make sure they're neither cold nor rock solid.
Update: Their gluten free buns are real good now. Kudos to them for listening. It's become one of our usual spots.

It's a local institution although I'm personally not a fan of the New Owner's set up because the front is just a kitchen.

Had the Greek garden wrap on honey wheat. Fabulous. Also had one of their salads that was too big for my wife. Very nice. Would certainly do that again.

Michael's hosted a party for 70 people in our backyard.
The team brought everything necessary to prepare a wonderful meal: Hot Dogs, Hamburgers, Chicken Breasts, Chicken Fingers, French Fries as well as Salads, Cole Slaw, and Fruit.
They set up a 10 x 10 tent to prepare the food and serving tables.
The food was excellent and fresh.
I would highly recommend Michael's for your next event.

West Coast Burger was delicious! Large Char Dog — delicious! Turkey club wrap — delicious! Cobb salad — delicious! The sweet potato fries were crispy and delicious, and seemed fresh-cut, not frozen. And all at a reasonable price. If this was closer to where I live, I’d never go to Portillos.

Ive been coming to Michaels for the last two years and its really been a staple here in Highland Park. Great variety of food to choose from. And you can see that everything is made fresh. I picked up the Chicken Cesar wrap with extra dressing this time around. It was refreshing and fillings.
