Love That Spice is truly a uniquely fantastic experience. We loved everything we tried here, from the Ginger Turmeric Wellness Shot, to the Magic Mushroom Tea Latte, the Roasted Chicory Latte (tastes amazing!). The couple that owns this business (Marlena an Rohan) pours their heart into bringing their customers the highest quality ingredients and blends of Indian and Sri Lankan spices. The selection of teas and spices is unparalleled, the hospitality and knowledge of the owners, and their genuine interest in crafting the most delicious and healthy drinks and spice mixes, all together makes this a unique experience. Go try it!!

The owner is so very friendly and knowledgeable about the herbs and teas she has in her shop. I was so sad to leave because I was in a rush but I ran home and told my husband about it and he’s excited to come back with me to get all my questions answered and try some things. I tried the Golden Almond Milk Latte and you can’t go wrong it that. This is my new favorite spot and I will be back!

Wonderful place with fantastic service. Ordered online to pick up outside to keep everyone safe which is always appreciated. I saw several locals come to get tea where the owner remember them and chatted with them for a good amount of time, and did the same with me as a new customer! Great selection of high quality spices that are bringing my cooking to the next level. I love buying local and can't wait to bring back more of my business here.

Best lemonade I've ever had! I got the ginger turmeric lemonade and it was absolutely stellar. My friend got the blackberry raspberry lemonade and that was really good as well! Purchased the loose-leaf vanilla black tea and it's so tasty! Marlena and all of her staff are easily some of the sweetest people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. The tea is a little bit on the pricey side, but it's delicious and absolutely worth every penny. I'll 100% be returning! If you're looking for a small business to support, this is definitely the place!

What a great experience! Our friends had suggested that we go and check out this adorable shop. We got there and Marlena, the owner, was so friendly and welcoming! They have a great variety of creative dried teas, bomb smoothies, loads of spices and beautiful tea sets. The smoothies we wanted to order both had bananas in them and sadly they didn't have any bananas. Not a big deal so we looked at the menu to try and find another selections when her employee offered to go out and get some bananas for us if we were willing to wait. We we're astonished that she would offer such a kindness for us just so we could have a great experience. So we were like yea we will wait, we went and walked around and circled back to the shop. We also ended up buying some dried teas too. We tasted our smoothies AND THEY WERE WORTH THE WAIT. Marlena asked us where we were from and we drove about 45 minutes to see her shop. She was so surprised that we came to see her shop and then we even had to wait for our drinks, so she wanted to buy our drinks for us. We both said absolutely not because they went out of their way to make sure we even got what we wanted when they didn't have to/we didn't even ask! She tried to insist but I told her it really wasn't a trouble and we like to support local or small businesses. Today is the next day and we tried one of the dried teas we got and Marlena it tastes AMAZING. We made the green tea fat burning one and it tastes great hot or chilled. Thank you so much for the great experience and you will for sure see us again!

I was utterly charmed by the owner and her family when I visited this spot on a whim while walking in Highland Park. Having a warm and friendly personality is one thing, but she was also pretty knowledgeable about teas. Fortunately the product backs up the charm and the tea I got to take home was great. Next time I will have to stay for a warm cup of freshly brewed tea. If I lived closer to this place I would likely be a regular. Also note that they have a stock of tea in the back that may not be displayed in front or on the menu.
