WAITING TO SEE IF THEY RE-OPEN! Best smoothies in town. Real smoothies made with fresh stuff, balanced well, and fairly priced for great ingredients. Two problems. The "kids" they have making the smoothies these days are not up to speed. Lackluster service with minimal amount of information about ingredients. Makes it all almost not worth it. If you know what you want, you're fine, Ask for recommendations and you get a blank stare? The staff here used to be jumping. Quick, knowledgeable and warm encounters. Maybe as long as Eighteen months ago. My concern is the lack of help will slow business and Jamba might close another store. Poor management and business acumen. Absolutely a shame.

I took my son here today as a reward and was thoroughly pleased with the customer service. Tyrone A. was friendly and knowledgeable of their products. As a bonus, the restroom was very clean. I didn't even actually by anything for myself, but was highly impressed with the service alone. I will definitely return.

My girlfriend and I have gone here many times. One memory that sticks out is when one of us spilled our entire smoothie right outside the door. When we went back inside to grab some napkins, the staff had already grabbed a wet towel for us to clean ourselves and was already making a new smoothie. Thank you so much for your compassion!

Ive been going to this location ever sense moving to the area almost a year ago and today was the first time anyone has mentioned a rewards program to me. Unfortunately I forgot the name of the guy who was working (Tyrone?) Apologies if thats wrong. But honestly, best retail experience Ive had in for ever. This place is great!
