Never had an incorrect order. The guys who work here are sweet. There's a lady who can be a bit mean sometimes but for the most part she's alright. Food is always fresh. I've had no issues with this location.

I mean? It’s a Burger King? Only complaint I have is that I made a mobile order and it said they were out of something that they weren’t out of when I picked it up inside. So I ordered it in store, no biggie. Just a little annoying.

Amazing Customer Service, Mrs.Antonia was very polite and outstanding. She made sure my order was done properly and with manners. She’s a role model to follow(: definitely recommend this place!

Great place. The guys that work their are fantastic. So very pleasant. Miguel remembers our order everytime. He works hard for B.K. The cooks are great also. They always say hello to us. (My mom and I.) Miguel is terrific. B.K.does not want to lose him.

Arguably the cleanest BK I have been too. Restroom was spotless. Food, well, it's a BK, that said it was great.

The best experience was the amazing service. Her name is Jessica. She was so kind, constant smile, and even helped us decide on what to order. Great experience. This place is one of the best fast food places in Illinois. Indisputably. The chicken sandwiches are amazing, their fries, etc.
