Checkers

Terrible. Do fast food restaurants hire anybody these days? Make sure they can read or at least know where the condiments are. Lately, since I've been coming up there for a quick bite, something is always missing from my order by the same lady working the window. And why is the system always down by 12am when the restaurant closes at 3am? Close down the restaurant if the system is always down!

My bill just didn't add up. This kind of math I'm not familiar with and I've had problems before with this store. I believe the owner doesn't care...just go and spend your money. My experience was just terrible and I never thought I'd be recommending McDonald's over checkers..but I'm so close to doing just that. I think the problem is the store itself and not the franchise.

I've only visited twice and its always a long wait but today was something different. A customer dropped her keys behind the drink machine which is behind the counter. The cashier was very rude and disrespectful to the customer telling her she's irritating and how she holding up the drive thru because she had to stop. She says that she was under staffed but that has nothing to do with the poor service me and the other customers received or witnessed. Somebody needs to handle that found woman before somebody gets hurt

Do not go to the Checkers in Highland Park the little waitress in there catches an attitude very quick when you're not ready to order quick enough for her she gets an attitude not a little one but a big one. And then they want to get $15 an hour to work in there. Please check yourself before you wreck yourself workers at checkers I won't be back you can count on it

First time eating from checkers and last. I was there today at 6.15pm the cashier Brianna took my order i did ask her what is inside the burger #1 and she never said that it has bacon( which i do not eat), i took it and asked for no cheese and no pickles in it. So i got my order and drove away only to see when i opened it that it did have cheese and bacon . i called the store 2 times no one answered. I had to throw the burger away since it had bacon. Was shocked that no one answered the phone plus the lady that took my order seemed pissed that i asked what is inside the sandwich. Dont waste your time here.

Terrible service.... They didn't acknowledge me when I walked in. I was in line for 15 minutes and nobody was in the restaurant. The manager and employee started arguing and cursing at each other and the girl walked out. The only reason why I stayed for my food because I been up since 4am at my job and was going to my second job at 5 pm but they were not professional at all. I don't care if it's a fast food place. You should be professional at all times
