Went for coffee with my hubby and kids late in the evening. Filthy tables even though it was quiet had to ask for our table to be wiped down. Staff not bothered, yawning and can hardly acknowledge you're there! I asked for 2 marshmallows for my 2 kids 1&2yrs and was given a look and never given the marshmallows. Not good customer service at all. I won't bother going back!

Top Dollar Prices, Very Average Product. Ordered Waffles and Popsicle Fondue. My kids made the best of 2 half melted PaddlePops with, some cruncy bits and hot chocolate, on a stand designed to send things sprinkles everywhere . I received recently re-toasted Waffles, which i could have bought from Woolies. Not good enough for $30+. Staff were lovely, but food prep / menu delivery needs to improve

This place is great! The staff were friendly and we're happy to help. The hot chocolate was amazing and the dessert pizza tasted so good! We did go at a very quiet time so maybe that's why there was such good service. Other than the price I could not fault this place.

Staff ok, but loved to stand and have a chat. Food was good except for the whipped cream out of the pressure pack can. Given the prices, would of liked fresh cream. Probs won't be back.

Orders waffles which were not fluffy, very dry. The front counter girl had the sniffles (which can’t be helped) but
touching her tissue not cleaning her hands.
