Texas Roadhouse

This is a great place for meat lovers! Drinks and beer are good as well. I like the atmosphere of the place. Staff is very friendly and service is fast. I’ve been here a few times by my self and with my family on slow, no so busy and on very busy days and the standards are the same. I love the ribs and steaks. The courtesy warm, fresh-baked buns with cinnamon butter is a staple. Texas Road House is a good place if you want to have a tasty meal or just a drink. On busy days beware to the fact that you may have to wait for 40 min to an hour for a table. I always sit at the bar in those days, first come first serve, though.

Service was good, wait wasn't long, hostess very nice. Waitress Liz was great. My husband got a ribeye-was good size, pretty good, I would have wanted more flavor; daughter got tenders & they were good; sweet potatoes were great, salads great(would have liked little more salad🙂. I got catfish-not a fan but portion was good; I guess I should have asked for broccoli to be cooked soft. Overall great. Disappointed that manager greeted table across from us but said nothing to us😐

If you've been to any TX Roadhouse, then it's what to be expected. Their staff including my server, was great. They were very friendly and attentive. The wait times on a late Saturday afternoon, weren't too long. The wait was maybe 10 minutes. The food was decent. It wasn't great but it wasn't bad by any means. I'd definitely go there again.

Went for Mother's Day dinner. Of course it was Packed! There were 8 of us- had to wait 1hr 45 mins! ☹️We ordered a variety- steak, ribs, chicken tenders, shrimp. All the steaks were great! Ribs were good. Shrimp was tough, rubbery. We couldn't eat it. 😞 Appetizers were good also. Just wish we didn't have to wait so long. Still for the most part we had a good meal & a good time. 👍

Loved it. My ribeye was cooked just as I ordered it and was tender and delicious. Wife had the "road kill" ground steak with mushrooms and she was pleased. Great sides to choose from. My salad was great. Our waiter was attentive and very pleasant. Drinks were good. Good dinning atmosphere and a good value.

We did call ahead seating for 1 PM on 1/23/22. We called around 12:40 to see if there would be a problem pushing it back to 2 PM as we had a couple of babies that were sleeping. They told us that our table was set up & waiting for us. The whole party of 10 was there by 1:10, checked in & then proceeded to wait for an hour to be seated. One time we were told they were waiting for staff to be cleared to wait on us, another time we were told they were setting our table. Before we were seated, one of us asked to speak to the manager to inquire about the delay & were very blatantly told that they do NOT want our big party there, the biggest party they want at one time is 6. The manager got into my husbands face!! The food took forever, it was cold & dry. Staff is rude!!!! We had 5 adults & 5 children, ages 7 months to 7 years old. I believe the manager needs to be trained properly so in turn, he can properly train his staff.

I love this place and spend a lot here but I was a little disappointed to order a Well DONE steak and to receive a Pink steak that wasn’t cooked to my preference. I asked to speak with a manager and he became a little aggravated with me and was rushing me off the phone when I was expressing to him my concerns, other than that the staff is very friendly.
