Quality has been lacking severly. We used to go here all the time but have pretty much fully stopped unless we get a doughnut. Latest trip was the last. Bad attitude, items out of stock, and couldn't even manage a sweet cream cold brew.

Ordering large macha latte, sourdough with everything bagel in place of sourdough. New person on register left alone constantly in need of assistance was nice overall but was told they can't do replacement by individual training them and when latte came out they left it half empty for lite/no ice.

Had a bad experience picking up the order this morning . Long long wait time. Order not packed properly. Not a good overall experience. You guys are going to loose a lot of business if things continue like this.
Management pls pay attention to all these consistent bad reviews. These are all the frustrated customers and it’s not good for business.

If you order on doordash from them, don't expect to get everything you oder. It will never happen because it's hard to read a list.

While very friendly, the staff here is running around like a bunch of headless chickens. There's clearly an issue with management here, as the number of people working here should have little problem with the order load.

I’m not the kind person to give bad reviews but this has gone to far. I ordered and iced caramel coffee and you would think it was sweet, but no. There was green on the lid and it was watered down. I understand these are teenagers making minimum wage but whoever the manager is, needs to keep there employees in check a little better.

It's clean and if you're used to a DD speed operating at a snails pace, it's perfect. People who work here are all nice and doesn't seem understaffed.
I don't normally give chains more then a 3 star, but I buy doughnuts for business meetings and large groups and this location is especially clean and staff is younger so they don't seem to hate life and/or their jobs.
