I HAVE NEVER SEEN A RESTAURANT STAY IN BUSINESS WITH THESE TYPE OF REVIEWS.Absolutely TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE, service, food, quality!!!!! Been there man times and every time say I am NEVER GOING BACK… today shorted on chicken pieces, it was burned and very greasy. I hope MRS. Toma sees this.. it’s bad bad bad everything about the experience. Will NOT BE BACK!!!!!! There should be a ZERO on rating because that’s how much effort went into the effort of preparing my order… pure damn shame !

This is horrible! I get these greasy tenders with burnt pieces all over it sitting in grease and cold fries. Look at my meal versus what I ordered. I want my money back. Great way to ruin my night, it’s cold and I’m still hungry.

This place is a tragedy. Zero stars.
I was handed another customer’s order after an absurdly long wait.
I had to figure out the mistake as their staff stood in awe. Then, they realized my order wasn’t ready.
Finally they shorted us an item.

We ordered a 12 piece chicken bucket and 6 tenders. Not only did we have to go back for our tenders, we got home and I we only received 9 pieces of chicken in our bucket. It gets better, there was there less chicken the chicken was not crispy at all! Absolutely crazy!! This place is slow and workers are super unhelpful. The reviews on here are totally accurate. Never again will I spend a cent on this place. If I could give this place a negative star I would!

Don't eat here they lie and very stingy with the stuff you are paying for..I was told there wasn't any sauce and my friends that came after me was told there was sauce. I got less sauce on my chicken and they got more..doesn't seem fair. So be careful because they pick and choose. Also my fries was old dry and tasted like old grease and my biscuit was hard. definitely was not satisfied wish I could have spent my money somewhere else..

I ordered a family meal and some of my chicken was not fully cooked...I don't think I need to say more. Who wants a mouth full of raw chicken???? I don't, nor do I want to get sick. I tried to call to let them know, but they didn't answer their phone.

the food is tasty. Bur during my last visit i ordered a chicken sandwich meal. The fries were cold stale and gross. I thought it met get better when i opened my sandwich. I was wrong. The sandwich was slapped together, and when i pulled the bun off i realized that i did not a have a chicken filet but two chicken tenders. Will not be returning here

This store is a joke even by kfcs standards. I visit maybe 3 times a year and something is always wrong. The credit card machine is down, there’s a 45 minute wait on 5 cars, we ran out of chicken. How does a chicken restaurant run out of chicken?? Not we don’t have a certain kind, we have none. See you in 4 months when I forget and get to be reminded why I don’t go to this store.
