Taco Bell

I’ve been here twice. Both times the food was TERRIBLE. Both times I left a review with their customer support using the phone number on the rector for how bad the experience was. Both times I didn’t hear back from their customer service call center. Shame on you Taco Bell. For social proof, see the picture. Those was what they called a cheese quesadilla. I’m assuming they decided that serving it cold, with the cheese uncooked, might prove it was actual cheese pieces - or a facsimile thereof. In any case, even though this is super convenient and right off the highway, don’t waste your money. And. On this occasion, they gave me no napkins in my bag and the wrong drink. And it took 19 minutes with only 4 cars in front of me. Seriously. The management here is either non-existent or you feel that 17 year olds should inherently know how to cook, serve, and be efficient.

I don’t know what the deal is with this Taco Bell but their food is never good. Their refried is always old and crunchy. I order a bean burrito and the cheese isn’t even melted and no onions or red sauce. They need to replace the entire staff and train them properly. I now drive 15 min to a different location even though this one is 3 min away.

Bad customer service from jasmine/jazmine. Go find a different job if you don’t like working there. So much attitude . Went to pick up an online order .. after waiting for 10-12 minutes in the drive through JAZMINE replies .. I don’t see your order. I was like what ? Let me check… then she replies “just pull up to the window” with an attitude and I said do you see my order .. her reply JUST PULL UP TO THE WINDOW. not like oh sorry I actually found your order and you are good to go . Terrible customer service. Hope you are treated like that one day for you to realize what bad customer service looks like.

Ordered a pot pie and Baja blast then once I get to the window they tell me they're out of Baja blast so I sub out for regular then after I drive away I find out I have no silverware for my pot pie so i go back to ask for a fork and they say they're out of all their silverware and I ask how im supposed to eat a pot pie with no silverware and why they didn't say something to begin with and they just shrugged their shoulder. This place has never been good or on point at any point I'm time .

Updating my previous 1 star review. Something here has definitely changed in the last month or two. Drivethru is moving faster. In my 3 trips there over the last month (yeah that's a lot), the food has been good, the service is good and they have gotten my order correct each time. Let's hope this keeps up, but great work to whoever got this change to take place.

I went to this Taco Bell and ate inside. It was busy inside though I received my food slightly longer than normal but not a long wait. The food that I received was hot and fresh, which I enjoyed. I ordered food from both KFC and Taco Bell menus. Other people were waiting longer than I was, and I did get my order before some people before me (win for me! Not so great for them). The eating area was relatively clean but a few crumbs on some tables. The staff was okay on average. Some members were really into doing their best and trying to accommodate customers. Some employees seemed indifferent being there.
