Oddly enough I never had Jersey Mike's subs until I moved down to North Carolina. Definitely a taste of home and adding the Mike's Way option reminds me of the sandwiches that I used to get from the small mom and pop pizzerias in my town.

The Holly Springs shop on 10-10 road. Aways friendly & go out of their way to accommodate any special order! Once thy get to know you, they go all out to make happy!! I am a Jersey affection-ado of Jersey Subs, and they are the very special connection to my Jersey-sub roots!

I called today at 5:04 to pick up two subs; one number 13 and one meatball. A young man answered, he sounded like he'd just awoken and his customer service skills were fair at best. Not typically an overly picky person, I'd finally gotten through the painful order process, then he tells me that it is going to be 45 minutes. I asked him why it would be so long, his reply was that the meatballs were not warm yet.
Being a frequent flyer of Jersey Mikes for literally decades I've never seen a Jersey Mikes operate so poorly, very disappointing. It is a shame because the location is less than a mile from my home, and I've had a few bad happenings at this location. From hereon, I'll need to drive to either Fuquay or Cary; what a bummer.

One slice of turkey. One slice of cheese and 6 handfuls if lettuce w a couple rotten tomatoes. Other sub had maybe 2 oz of tuna. Not a fan. And the bread was stale.
