Sonic Drive-in

If I could give 0 stars I would. I pulled up to the drive-thru intercom and politely asked for a #3 with ketchup and mustard only. I hear back “okay so the #3 what side and drink?” So I tell them that and then get to the window and there is a lady there that was not on the intercom. She verified my order and I said “yes and that #3 was supposed to be just mustard and ketchup”. She proceeds to go back to the guy cooking and let him know the correct order. 5 minutes later he THROWS the bag at the window for her to hand to me. Sandwich had everything on it.

What a disappointment it was!!! The grilled chicken sandwich was so bad. The chicken was super dry like it was warmed many times and the bun was burnt. The chicken in the crispy chicken sandwich was soggy. The fries were greasy. Only the tots and mozzarella sticks were edible. Never again! Waste of money!

This location knows how to make a Bacon Cheese Burger. The bacon was crisp which brings out the bacon flavor. The proper portion of toppings, which means I don't have to worry about mayo running out on my clothes. The cheese was completely melted onto the hamburger patty. Just a all around great job. Plus they did it so fast, I was genuinely surprised when the car hop showed at my window to deliver my food.

We miss having sonic close by so we stopped on the way to AMC theatre in Holly Springs. We were cutting it close but if it took 5 mins total I would be surprised. Very quick and efficient service. The entire lot was almost full, it was super clean and the food was cooked right. I know it’s just fast food. But this Sonic does it well!
