Wendy's

Wendy's should really invest in some customer service training. Yes it's a fast food restaurant but you'd think they'd at least get your order right. I ordered the jalapeño chicken sandwich and got the plainest chicken sandwich I've ever seen. They didn't even give my the right chicken. Just 2 pieces of dry bread the saddest pieces of lettuce and a literal DROP of mayo. Then they said they couldn't give me a receipt because their machines don't print anything so even if I wanted to waste my time and get it fixed they wouldn't even be able to know what I actually order. There's plenty of other places ti eat in that area go anywhere else instead.

Unfortunately this Wendy's went downhill (before this location was always excellent). But now they constantly have a problem with their "systems are down". I don't eat Wendy's often but how often does this happen that when I come to this location I am not able to order at all due to this. On top of that there's an employee there (I believe may be a general manager because he has a gray shirt but takes orders in the drive thru) and he's not only rude but have a negative demeanor. Right in front of us he tells an employee to kick everyone out of the dining area (mind you this was around only 6pm) and if anyone comes to the door to say in his words "go away". Not in a joking way but serious. Who ever owns this location PLEASE fix your system and hire staff that do not act like this in front of your customers.

I drive through at least 1ce a wk for my whole family of 5. Today I ordered my 5 meals, didn’t get my receipt! The night manager was very RUDE, I asked him for fresh fries cause for the last 3 times I’ve ordered the fries were stale and cold! He told me I should have told him when I was ordering not at the pickup window!!! Then the girl w/ the Fusia hair just throws the food at me like get out of here!!! WORST customer service I’ve ever gotten at this Resteraunt!!!! I’ve been coming here for 13 yrs and this is the worst team ever!!!!

After waiting in long lines I reached the window. I asked the young lady could she throw away an empty cup and she stated she couldn't because she didn't want to touch the cup. Mind you she touched the receipt she touched my food ,she touched my credit card. She touched my hand so I didn't understand. Also she didn't have on any gloves.
