Checkers

I dont ever leave reviews but Im frustrated enough now to leave one. I waited in line for about 45 minutes to order and get my food. Truthfully I would have left the line after 10 minutes if I had a way out. While I was annoyed, fine I understand-its a busy place. I dont expect michelin star quality from a fast food drive thru but to sit in line for 45 minutes and to recieve a chili dog with less than a tablespoon of chili? Absolutely ridiculous.

The absolute worst customer service. We get to the window and we are told we have to order online so we pulled over in the front of the building to order online. After ordering online, waited 25 minutes for three combos that we were told we did not order drinks… Combos come with drinks as far as I remember. Instead of the guy at the window reading my ticket he proceeded to argue with me about the sodas. We get the sodas and they are all flat and wrong. Our baconzillas had no bacon and burnt meat. The best meal out of everything was the single checker burger with nothing but Mayo..but it had no mayo… worst experience ever. Take the drive a little further and go to McDonald’s or another checkers. Homestead checkers is not what it used to be.

So last night I was doing door dash at 2 in morning and let tell you how this lady held it down she was the only the employee working I did not hear not one comment from her and the drive thur was and she did her job completely fine the food was hot no complaints ! This lady her customer service was above and beyond she ! She was awesome
