Mowry's Restaurant

When I tell you rude l, disrespectful acting privileged like someone owes them something when your giving them business. I guess no one told them that there are more restaurants of them around. They off in the cut. Horrible Customer Service. They told me 20 min. I went to grab some drinks from another store and come back , they have given my food to someone else. I can’t with them.I will go to a restaurant called Sak Pak Se who’s food is delicious by the way. I tried this place for the first time seeing if I’ll come back again and just like that they lost money.

First time and the manager was very rude and was on the phone most of the time while taking my order and just brushed me off once I started talking, after I received my food the rice and beans was not gummy not fully cooked at all and I PAID already and he totally asked me to buy another plate, which I don’t think was fair at all and PLUS the bathrooms are HORRIBLE I washed my hands with dish liquid. I would never return here

The food is great, but the service ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I feel like their customers pay to get mistreated by the son. We spent $70 for dinner tonight, but they refused to give us an empty plate/container in order to share the food with my child. I had to ask the owner if I may PLEASE have an extra plate and spoon, even if I had to be charged for them. Do yourself a huge favor and skip this place. There are too many Haitian/Caribbean restaurants out there that know better than to treat people this way.

We are from out of town. I called to place an order. I asked the guy if they have lanbi; he responded "wi madanm." That right there was a turn off, but i went ahead and ordered a lanbi nan sòs. My husband asked if they also have lanbi fri ou griyé. The man who picked up the phone said "however you want it." Then i asked if they have rice and bean and what kind of beans. The man on the phone responded "wi madanm," then he said "call me back I'm busy bye." The guy just hung up. I saw the bad reviews, but i gave it a try. Well, we did not eat there and do not recommend it either; very rude people.
