Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

We came here twice within a month. I'm not sure why we haven't visited this restaurant earlier. They serve bottomless fries!!! Other restaurants may serve bottomless soap, bread, or salad. But no other restuarant offer bottomless fries!!! I love fries and I am definitely coming back!! Anyway, the first time we came my husband and I both ordered vegetarian burgers, and they were very good. Second time we visited, we ordered meat burgers and also very good. Their milkshake was also very good too. Not to mention, the location of the resturant is great, right next to the shopping area, Costco (I shop there a lot), the movie theatre, and the river trail.

I just bought a burger; it was burnt, dry and bitter. The burger cost $16.87. It had lettuce, a splash of guacamole that you can’t taste, egg, burnt patty and cheese. I called since it’s late and I was told I have to take the order back to the store to get a replacement. At this point I want a refund. I didn’t even use the reward app to get points and I gave the cashier a tip. I have visited the waterfront Red Robin’s more than once and it was ok. I had never dined, it was always carry out or pick up. Very disappointed.

Red Robin in The Waterfront is a pretty good place to eat. The staff is awesome. I have never had a problem with the staff ever. I go there all of the time. However this time we went and I could tell the grease definitely needed changed and their ice cream machine was down so my little boy was a little let down. Service was exceptionally fast and friendly. We were in and out in under 45 minutes and probably spent 20 of those minutes just deciding what we wanted to eat. Our meals came out before we even finished our appetizer and server asked if we wanted more fries before they were empty. And new ones were on the table in a couple minutes. This was on a Saturday around 2:00 PM, so not super busy, but not empty either.

Service was great! Had a larger party to celebrate Father's Day and they were very accomidating when no one else would be. Food was delicious as always and staff was very friendly. There is always a fun atmosphere to be had with the fun decorations, they keep the live sports rolling on the tvs to keep all parties entertained. There new drink selections and dessert menu is an excellent addition. Only disappointment we had is they removed their chili which was a family favorite. But, in turn they added a bunch of new selections to choose from to keep the flavors changing. Will definitely come back soon.
