Panera Bread

Consistently one of the worst Panera Bread locations, year after year, whether takeout or in person. Today’s takeout included chipotle avocado chicken sandwiches, which were basically just bread and dressing: one half had one single small square of bacon less than half an inch in size, one piece of avocado the size of a quarter, and two small pieces of chicken. I took a photo because you have to see it to believe it, and both sandwiches were equally poor.

Only one reason that I didn’t give a five star. I ordered delivery my last food order. Ther was no meat on either sandwich and my wife didn’t get her sandwich on a bagel and with onions which she had specified both. I think they just threw together the delivery order. Manager was very polite and handled the situation. I don’t know if Panera is scaling down there meet or it was a staff issue. Shamira took our order. You can do better for the price!

I don't like to give bad reviews, but today was just ridiculous. I ordered my food online. My husband went into the store to pick it up and they couldn't find the order, although one employee remembered making the sandwiches. Someone had obviously taken the food from the rapid pick-up shelves. My husband had the order on his phone. He showed them and they remade the sandwiches. When we got home, the sandwiches were all wrong. They didn't even include the chips and cucumber salad I ordered as sides. The only thing they got right was the Asian salad. We had just gotten done with work and didn't feel like going all the way back to pick up more food. Especially during rush hour traffic. I have been a long time patron of Panera. This is the second time this particular location has messed my order up.

Consistent quality of service across different states though sandwich bread here is a little hard to bite down. Clean and cozy environs as expected, I ordered a sandwich and a cup of Haznut coffee as a simple breakfast and took a seat there to dial into a quick online synch call on a Wed morning. There is lack of Haznut coffee in the jar, thus I tried Soft blend instead. This location looks like an offline meet-up site for middle aged / senior aged business persons in this area. It would be perfect that they can install more power outlet/plugs near those seats/tables, so that I don't need to move to Starbucks across the lane to continue my work a bit more.
