Delicious BBQ ribs, starters, and fish and chips! The chicken wings are very tasty and we really liked the garlic Parmesan flavor. We had to wait a bit but the service was also wonderful and we had a great time. Last but no least, the brownie with ice cream was also very delicious and would surely recommend it.

Came in at 4 pm. We were seated immediately, and our drink order was taken. It took 25 minutes to get our drinks and appetizers. We were told it was taking a while because it was busy. The place was almost empty. Then our food came, another 30 minutes later. Almost an hour to get food in an empty restaurant. My mashed potatoes had a skin on top of them from sitting in the hold window. My shrimp were soggy, also from sitting. My wife's fries were ice cold, and her ribs were hard as a rock. All in, our whole visit took more than two hours. Food was half decent. Service was poor. Will not be coming back. Next time I want ribs, I'll make em myself. 🍖

Staff were friendly and the environment is nice but honestly that's about all the good I have to say. Food was hit or miss; our apps were good but my meal was not. It got my questioning whether the chicken was fully cooked, and I didn't finish. My meal was also missing ingredients that were spelled out on the menu; when I mentioned this I got my missing ingredients in very small quantities in a plastic container. Not worth it imho.

I realize that times are difficult but this is still a service industry. Slow to see server, slow to get drinks. When our unsweetened iced tea with lemon finally arrived no lemon, had to wait for the lemon as the server circumnavigated the restaurant eventually received what we asked for. No silverware because ours was at the time being washed. When we finally received our food, one serving of fries was requested to have no seasoning, fries came with seasoning, but the piece de resistance was the hair in chicken fingers. Although this meal was comped it took approximately 20 minutes for the manager to respond to our request to speak to him. Apparently he was absorbed in a family emergency phone call. We eat out at least twice a week, I will think twice about returning to Friday’s in the Waterfront. Buyer beware!

If there was a negative ☆ I would give a -5☆ at the Waterfront in Pittsburgh, I ordered for pickup online my bill was right I added 15% tip the email of my order was right, the receipt stapled to the bag was right, the order inside was way off and missing stuff, I called to tell them and I was treated like trash thrown on the side of the road,no manager would get on the phone and I was told there was nothing they could do about it. This was by far the worst unprofessional place I've ever dealt with. I like Friday's but after tonight I will never step foot in there again.

If I could give it less I would. Do not waste your time coming here. Made a reservation for 2:45 got there and was told they don’t do reservations even though I made the reservation directly through their website. They told us the wait would be 25-30mins so we waited, almost 30 mins go by and we go ask and they tell me just give them 5-10 mins they’re about to clean a table off for us next. Another 15 mins went by and I went up again just to be told they weren’t seating anybody until the next shift change which wasn’t for another 30 mins. There were people after us who went and ate directly at the bar which was never a option they agave us. When we asked why didn’t they tell us we could eat at the bar the waitress responded with “that’s not my problem”. After that we just left and had a great dinner at Red Robin next door. Do not come hear and waste your time or money everything about their service is horrible.

Surprisingly good. Decent vegetarian food. The place was dead and i didn't ever see my server but the hostess took my order and was the order was quick and she was responsive. I got the beyond meat burger and I was surprised by how good the burger was. It was meat like and had a good consistently and was subtlety flavored. Texture felt surprisingly like meat.
