Chips were cold and soggy. The wraps fell apart instantly, unlike other stores.

Bought a whole chicken, peas, gravy and a regular roast veggies. The attached pic is what I saw when I arrived home. No explanation, no suggestion of something larger? When I returned to the store today I was told that this was a regular veg. They don't have a smaller container and honestly this would not feed one person let alone two or more. I bought a whole chicken!?!
Manned by teenagers with no training................. what should expect??
