We ate here at lunch today. We ordered our drinks and it took 20 minutes to get them. I had ordered a Chardonnay and when they came back 20 minutes later with my husband’s beer, they told me they were all out. I then ordered a Sauvignon blanc. They were out of that also. Finally, I ordered a Merlot which they did have. We waited 45 minutes to get our food and they said there was a computer glitch and our order didn’t go through. Once our order was finally placed, we got our food 15 minutes later. My husband had the brisket burger with a side salad. The burger was undercooked so he only at 1/2 of it. He did say that the part that was cooked through was very tender and juicy. It was supposed to have Irish ketchup and there wasn’t any ketchup. I had the Reuben and it was missing sauerkraut. They forgot to bring our requested dressing and they brought it later. We would have complained, but no one ever returned to our table. I do think they were understaffed, but this was inexcusable. On a positive note, they removed the price of our drinks from the bill.

The gentleman who was performing live last night (1/14) was phenomenal.. so talented. Made the atmosphere great. It was busy when we arrived at 10 pm but slowed down by 11ish. Our waitress was friendly and fast. We ordered the fish and chips and the stew (the two Irish dishes). They were super yum. Also ordered two speciality drinks. Total was $35..... You can't get that anywhere else for the price. Go here and enjoy!

I went here with a date for a late dinner around 10. I wanted to go somewhere local and downtown since we were coming from Malvern Ave. We entered from the back of the building and sat in a booth on the right next to a booth wall which blocked our view of the front of the place. It was a Friday, I think, and a band was playing that was fairly loud. Here's why I give this experience a 3 out of 5 stars - there was lipstick on the wine glass, that my date noticed. It's no big deal on one hand and gross and embarrassing for all concerned, on the other. Restauranteurs should notify their dishwashers that they are just as important to the operation as the owner, the guests and all that money in the till because of events like this. Our waitress handled this mistake well by calmly apologizing and I think she comped a glass to make up for it. 👍 I had a bacon, cheese BBQ sauce type of burger - it was fine like something you'd get from a country club grill. She had a chicken salad which was good. I'm thankful they were serving at that time of the evening. It was fun watching a Memphis Grizzlies NBA game since they are kind of a local team and people were cheering. I had a Guinness to drink. My 3/5 means go and enjoy it but leave your high expectations at home.

I understand that we were there at a busy time, but they were very short staffed. Our food took over an hour to reach the table after ordering and half of our food did not come out. The fries were cold and not fully cooked. We had two orders of chicken tenders for adults and we were given the children's portions.
