Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Me and my family were hot and very tired. We picked this place to eat. I barely had a chance to sit down and wait before they took us to our table. Maybe 30 seconds later, we ordered out drinks. We ordered three appetizers and all three were brought out very shortly. Then they brought out salads and soup. We had ordered our six meals and just as I finished my soup, they brought out the meals. It was perfect, they checked on us at the right times, the food was really good, and everyone was friendly. My only complaint is that my stomach was too small. Thank you to whoever served us!!! As we were leaving, everyone that had served us was resting outside, and it was well deserved!! This place gave the best service that I have ever had in my life!!!!!!!! Next time I visit Hot Springs, I'm coming here first!

Went here for my husband's birthday after suggestion from Jamie in a local Facebook foodie group. We asked for Jamie as she was both informative and fun. She recommended house specials and the Italian donut birthday dessert. The zuppa soup is my favorite thing at Olive Garden. My husband it's obsessed with pasta of every sort and we not disappointed. I had eggplant that we cooked perfectly. We had so much, big portion sizes, that it is at least 2 meals each. Jamie also provided us with extra dipping sauce for the breadsticks. Will return!

This location has everything figured out! We arrived at a busy hour and we are a family of 6, however, we didn't have to wait to be seated. The service here is excellent and the atmosphere and lighting of this place is perfect. Our food arrived in a timely manner, and the taste was absolutely fantastic. Before I had the meal, I had the mozzarella cheese sticks, the PASTA E FAGIOLI and the bread sticks all as an appetizer. Then my meal (the Tour of Italy) arrived. I just cannot tell you how good everything was! I had never heard of this soup until now, so I gave it a try and have no regrets! It was fantastic. The mozzarella sticks and bread sticks were delicious as usual. And now for the main meal! The Lasagna and the Chicken Alfredo was probably the best I ever had! I'm not a big fan of Chicken parmigiana, however, I thought this one had great taste and was cooked pretty well. It is fairly rare to come across a restaurant that has everything perfected like this place does. I literally cannot think of anything negative to say about this place. When we go by hot springs, I will be sure to come back here again!

We did not know there was an Olive Garden in Hot Springs and was delighted to find out there was. When we arrived we were greeted and told there would be a 20 min wait. We were seated in about 5 minutes. They were busy but we were served in a timely manner and everyone checked in us during our dinner. The cheese stuffed tortellini and chicken was the best I’ve ever tasted! Will be back next time we’re in Hot Springs!

Came here after my fiancee's daughter's graduation. Food is pretty much the same in all Olive Gardens, the things that set them apart from one another is the service, and the service at this location was excellent. Our waitress was on top of things, she made sure our drinks were filled and made sure we had plenty of breadstick. Some of us even trade seating places for better conversations and she remembered who other what, that is attention to details and good service. I don't remember here name but she is a great server and she deserves praise. People like her makes a good place to eat, a great place to eat. Kudos for hiring people like her.

Usually really great but this visit, not so much. Service was horrible and it took forever to get the food, then even longer to get the check. I ordered the all you can eat soup and salad. I got one bowl that had about a half cup of soup then agree to it away before I was done and replaced it with a half bowl. That was it! One bowl of salad which was shared... I could understand a lot of this, if they had been busy but they weren't, she wasn't. She spent more time talking than paying attention to her tables. I will return but I will not be waited on by her. This may seem harsh but it is how it is. My dad is a great man and a big tipper but not this day, that's how bad it was.
