King Kone Drive In

One of my favorite places! My family has been coming here since I was too small to remember. The soft serve is amazing, and while as an adult I now find the “flavor pop” varieties a little too sweet, they were a big hit when we were kids. I can’t not mention the pickle fizz. Maybe one of the weirdest, most divisive beverages in the world. Basically just dill pickle juice, carbonated water, and crunchy ice. I think it’s the perfect remedy to an over-full stomachache. My husband thinks it’s the worst thing ever invented. Your mileage may vary.

Ought to be 4.5 Stars! A classic "old school" drive up burger & ice cream joint! The "regular" size burger was a great deal at $3.59! Freshly cooked to order.... good quality meat - very tasty! The 3rd best burger I've had in Arkansas!!!!! (and I've had some pretty good ones here) It would have scored even higher, but the grilled onions were undergrilled and the bun was kind of mediocre (minor issues) The Tater Tots were very good - hot and crispy and not greasy! I got the Chocolate Covered Cherry shake - and it was outstanding!!!!! Thick and well blended with lots of chocolate and cherries thru out. Great flavor, great shake!!!! King Cone is Highly Recommended!!!!!

Not your average restaurant. It's a stand and order place, and makes it clear that they're not fast food and don't provide refills. Still a great place to eat, and not pricey either. I had the ultimate bacon burger, it was incredibly good, and I recommend the dish. There is a bit of a wait for your food but it's worth it for what you get.

I have been going here for burgers, fries, onion rings, tots for over the last 20+ years. It has always been a great experience food and staff wise, that is until today. My burger patty was dry and cold, the fries and tater tots in my order were cold and tasted old, even the drinks from the order were flat, they had no carbonation- When I called them, the young lady on the phone just said “yeah, we’ve been having problems with our carbonation in our fountain machine”. Then she told me I could come get another……. ??????? Why would I want another flat soda….. My thought were why sell something that you know isn’t right and the customer would not purchase if they knew it was bad??!!??!! I will not waste my money on bad products. Now I’m looking for a good burger place to replace King Kone…..
