El Padrino's

This place has made several improvements. They have live music on Friday's and sometimes Saturday's. A full bar, and an updated, upgraded menu. We ordered 1/2 dozen oysters with ceviche and let me tell you I was surprised! They were the best oysters I've ever had! They were huge, fresh and delicious! We will definitely return to try some of their many other new options.

Great great food, outstanding service and hopping atmosphere!! Ask for Hayden and he will rock your Guacamole right at your table and will serve your every need til you are pushing your plate away! For you Margarita Snobs they have the best selection in the area as Frozen Peach and Mango Margaritas are our favorite! For you live music buffs, hit them on Thursday nights for Ladies night and live music to drink to after dinner! Thanks again El Padrino's see you again soon! Service was horrible. There was only 3 people in our group. We had to send back one order that was chicken not beef. At the same time the other two of us asked for refills. Replacement food was brought out but still no refills. About 5 minutes after we flagged down another waiter for refills our waiter finally showed back up to see if we needed anything. The waiter that refilled our drinks asked if he could reuse our glasses for the margaritas since they were out of glasses. Drinks were refilled but no fresh salt on the rims. Food was meh at most. Only positive was cheese dip was thick.

The prices have gone up since the remodel…… I ordered 6 soft tacos on Tuesday and a large guacamole to go. When I picked up the tacos she had forgotten the guacamole, no problem. I placed that order separately and it was $16 and change. JUST FOR A LARGE GUACAMOLE! I verified 3-4 times just a large guacamole? Needless to say I cancelled that order. I can’t afford to eat here anymore.
