Medium order of Curly fries were cool and broken up. They must have scraped or emptied the tray into our order. We had 2 pieces which would have been considered a cold curly fry. Refuse them . Fish sandwich was great and so was the French dip.

We always enjoy Arby's. They have quality products at reasonable prices, and the employees work to ensure they have a quick turnaround on getting orders out.
I particularly love the crinkle fries. Do wish they would cook them a bit longer. They would be browner, and have more of a crunch to them. A little less salt would be great....

We enjoyed the food & new inside remodel . The only bad thing is the Music was Way to loud & customers were having to talk very loud to hear each other. When I asked one of the workers there if they could turn the Music Down she said the volume was preset & she didn't think she could but would try. But didn't get any better.

Extremely slow from ordering and show food handed to us 37 minutes person checking the order costly touching their face coughing and wiping their nose without washing their hands. Just appalling if you are not in a hurry and like the chance of getting sick go ahead and come here otherwise go somewhere else

I tried your orange dream shake fabulous and also a roast beef slider both were great and the young man that waited on us was very friendly and efficient

Very, very busy. Not a long wait. Food hot and tasty. Coke didn't taste like Coke.
Friendly voice took my order. Blasé , flat affect, bestowed my order to me. I answered with a smile and hoped she was having a good day!

I mean how can you go wrong with a place that has the meats? I was always good for the last brisket sandwich I got was a little dried out but it was late in the evening when I got it. I would recommended it.

Employees were busy having conversations behind the counter instead of attending to customers or food. Given the wrong order twice before rectified. Curly fries were only tidbits. Likely from the bottom of the bag. Poor experience overall.
