Bought a dozen strawberry glazed donuts. First-time customer. Donuts were dry and was advised to let the icing dry before eating. Strawberry icing tasted like strawberry candy melted. Chemical taste. Told me the price was $9.99, came back with a receipt with a .50 card charge. This brings the menu price of $8.50 to $10.49. Employee never looked at me while talking. Kind of creepy. I want to apologize to Shipley's for straying away. Never again...

Oh if you're near here and like donuts, breakfast croissants/kolaches this is a must try. Perfect apple fritters, the jelly rolls are real and fresh, and the ham & cheese croissant I had was packed full of meat with a whole egg. Might be the best quick breakfast in the area.
