I eat at this location quite regularly and it’s normally great. The last 2 times I have ordered off the app they have failed to toast my sandwich when the directions clearly state to toast it. It looks like I’m gonna have to take these guys off the list for the foreseeable future.

I would give this place negative 3 stars if I could. Store was dirty, messy, the staff was rude and they didn't pay attention to me at all. Will never return to this store ever again. And if this is how this "John Keeling" runs his stores, I'll never eat at another one he owns.

This is my favorite subway in town. The employees are always great and always get everything right. My only problem is. The customers need to use that tip jar more! Those employees deserve it!

This used to be one of the best subways in Hot springs. That being said, The manager does not treat her employees right. My husband let her know that he was going to start looking for another job because of the driving distance and she cut his pay and took away his promotion she also cut his hours in half. She has the audacity to talk about her employees behind their back. This is not someone who should be a manager. He has been one of the most hard working people they have had in a long time.

The food is decent the people were nice the only complaint was the person who made my sandwich used the same gloves to make it and handle money afterwards and I think that's gross. I hope they used new gloves before the next guest and the prices are kids high here versus other locations
