Pinocchio's Pizza Playhouse

It's alright but needs a lot of improvement in all areas. Bathrooms look like they haven't been mopped in months. Bumper cars only had 1 car that the bumper tube "wasn't" busted and they were still putting people on the busted tube cars. That's pretty dangerous! A lot of the arcade games didn't work properly. The laser tag was the best part of it and the cheese bread. Best cheese bread I've ever had, anywhere! Table was major sticky. Napkin holder was so stuck to the table that the waitress had to work on getting it off the table so she could put the pizza on the table.

On yesterday October 10, 2020, my granddaughter wanted to do something for her birthday, someone told my daughter about Pinocchi's Pizza Play, so we decided that where we would go, we did not make reservations for a party, but did discover about the game rooms, well my granddaughter had a birthday pin on her with money on it, as she went to enter the lazer tag, she had her birthday pin on, she went on putting vest on to play the game, after the game was over, she proceeded to take her vest, between taking it off, her birthday pin came off without her knowing, so we know she lost it at the pizza place after the laser tag game, call back to Pinocchio's , yes they found the pin and proceeded to tell my daughter but no money on it, whoever the young white dude watching them play, have to go back in and sanitize the area, so therefore he had to see the birthday pin, not being honest, stole the money, but turn in the pin, how do the clerk know we had a pink birthday pin, I hope you enjoyed my granddaughter birthday money, but whatever you brought, I hope you get a very skin rash, or brought something to eat, I hope it made you sick this is not a place I would ever recommend know one to go, stealing from a 8 year old girl, that only wanted to do something for her birthday...shame on you guys, so your rating from me is a big 0😪😬🤥🥴😡
