Arturo Boada Cuisine

Arturo Boada is my absolute favorite Italian restaurant in all of Houston. My Husband and I are serious foodies and have tried tons of the top restaurants around HTown, but we continue to come back here every year to enjoy the fabulous authentic Italian experience from the food to the familiar service you are sure to receive at Artur's. Momma Sonia's ravioli is not to be missed and always ask about the specials are they are usually fantastic choices. We have never been disappointed in our time here. Shout out to Filipe and Jessica for phenomenal service.

First time here. Had the ceviche, sautéed calamari, Margherita pizza, their red fish special with a shrimp topping, and the truffle fries. Everything was fresh and tasted homemade. The stars were the ceviche, calamari and truffle fries. They also brought out some delicious garlic bread and creme brulee spoons. Service and ambiance was wonderful and they made us feel at home. We will be back!

Delicious, home-made everything; from bread to gelato! It was such a pleasure to spend the evening at Arturo’s. I enjoyed his food at Solero’s many years ago and was so glad to reconnect with his delicious cuisine and unique ability to make you feel at home! My husband, teenage kids, and I enjoyed the food and Arturo’s company. My youngest son said that was the best time we have ever had at a restaurant! Thank you Arturo!

Arturo Boada is legit. If you’re considering it, just head over. Food, atmosphere, and our waiter Matt were all top of the line. Everything is freshly made and you can taste it. We had the Hennessy camarones for an appetizer, ravioli (some of the best I’ve had), carnitas pizza, and the Key Lime pie special was like no other. If you’re looking for a hidden gem in Houston, this is it. This best Italian food I’ve had in a while, and I’ve had the privilege of traveling to Italy & going to a good number of Michelin starred restaurants.

The food was very good...the service and atmosphere, not so much. It is a very small restaurant and if there are large parties there, it is very loud and hard to gave conversations without raising your voice or practically yelling at the people at your table The night we were there, there was only 1 server working, so it was very slow. He was obviously stressed about being the only one there, but he was unprofessional, making several negative comments. I don't think I'll be going back.
