Never Disappoint. The waitress was so entertaining and all staff were attentive. Only one thing can be improved, the toilet needs to have ADA toilets for us old people 😊

Very fresh seafood cooked perfectly. You know how you get that slightly bitter dirty frying oil undertone in a lot of fried food from most fast food restaurants? Not here! I suspect it's because they change their oil often, as it should be. It makes a world of difference! Captain Benny's is reasonably priced and the freshness and quality of their food along with the very friendly quality of their staff and waiters speaks for itself. The golden fried shrimp Poboy is especially awesome!

We were looking for something casual but good local seafood. This was the perfect spot! Sat at the counter and our waiter, Guy, who has been there for 20+ years was super helpful, entertaining and friendly. We ordered the baked oysters which were delicious and the shrimp and scallop kabob. It came with a delicious shrimp and veggie rice. We also had fried shrimp and stuffed crab. Everything was delicious and the prices seem fair. Can't wait to come back!

Had lunch...gumbo, the mate's plate, & broiled fish. All was very good. The wait staff (sorry, I didn't get her name), was very sweet & friendly. Will return to this location.

Started as a dine in order until a situation arose where we had to leave. The staff was very accommodating and promptly boxed our order to go. Many thanks to them for the professional service. I had the broiled catfish stuffed with crab and shrimp. Incredible!

I love this place! I ordered a naked flounder seasoned with sweet potatoes, and it was delicious! I loved it !! I'm not sure what plate my bf ordered, but it was good as well! The scenery of the place was amazing too, I really enjoy places like that. I'm not much into posting reviews, but if I really like a place, I wouldn't mind giving them praise !

I have been coming here since 1973 when Capt. Benny was running the restaurant. It has always been a favorite for seafood gumbo, whole fried catfish and fried shrimp.

Ms Amanda is very professional kind and courtesy great assistance manager always greets me with a smile and always make sure my food is hot and fresh the best service ever . Vicky is also very understanding and make sure the to go bags had condiments and such. Will be visiting again .Thanks amillion . Officer Charlene
