Breakfast on a weekday, having flown in on a 6am NYC flight. Music playing was loud here at 9:45 or so. Pancakes were flat, but were saved by blueberries in the batter! Scrambled eggs were ordered with cheese, but it seemed to be missing... And we were charged $1 for that! It was not a terrible experience, but it wasn't the "be all-end all"...

Plenty of windows which allow a lot of natural light in. Plenty of seating inside, and parking is decently on par with the Heights. Walk in, grab a menu then order at the register. The salmon was great, it came in a bed of amazing. The meatloaf wasn't as good. After you swallow it, it leaves an almost sour taste in your mouth. The mash potatoes it came with were okay-mid. However milkshake tasted great and the portion was plenty. Overall it's a good place to enjoy a meal.

After struggling to find a parking spot I was able to get inside and soon learn why. You should definitely get here early if you're planning to have breakfast. With that being said I enjoyed my meal. I opted for the chicken( 2 fried breast) and waffles. It came with 2 eggs and sausage. Everything was good and I enjoyed it. I'd eat here again. Be prepared to wait in line to place your order. But that also gives you ample time to look over the menu. After placing your order you are given a number and you find a table and wait for you order to be brought to you.

This place was surprisingly good. Their chicken fried steak was delicious and so was the gravy on it. I was surprised by the quality and the cook of the pasta. The mashed potatoes were rustic and hand mashed to perfection . They did a very, very good job. The service was prompt and efficient, always needed for a great diner experience. The diner was on the corner in the heights which is a lovely area. It had all of the normal trappings of a quaint diner. I definitely recommend popping on in for a snack or breakfast great service. Good food for the price! As far as diner food goes, this is definitely worth a taste!

Tradition breakfast with a twist or yummy goodness. I don’t think you can go wrong with anything you order here. We had the Chicken and Fruit Waffles and the So-Cal omelette. It was sooo good. Perfect serving, flavor, and temperature. Service was so fast too! The atmosphere is veryyyy busy and chatty but it’s a diner in a high trafficked area so what can you expect!
