My family had a private event at Grappino di Niño last weekend and the food, service and ambiance were all top notch. Their Director of Special Events, Luke Palermo is an asset to their organization and made the entire planning process very pleasant. We would recommend Luke and the entire team at Grappino di Nino for any special celebration. Thank you Luke!

The food is perfection. The magic of Italy is exploding in the kitchen. The presentation is authentic, the service is genuine! I felt like part of the family. If you haven't eaten here you are need to make dinner plans here.

First off, this place has an incredible vibe to it. It transports you to somewhere European. There are several different Italian restaurants all separate but connected via a beautiful outdoor seating area that sometimes has live music. The food I received was superb. What stood out to me the most though was that someone at my table wanted mozzarella cheese sticks but Nino’s did not have any of those. But, upon asking the waiter for them he said that they could figure out a way to make them special for our table. Sure enough, a few minutes later he came back with them, custom made.

We had all of the appetizers! The ambiance is perfect. My entire family...kids, husband, brother and parents LOVED their experience. And we celebrated two birthdays. The staff made it appear effortless.

Yummy! A little heavy on the Christmas music, but the food was great. I had the artichoke and the a side of fettuccine alfredo. Pretty good! The salads my family had were excellent. I may go back, but it is a little pricey to be a regular spot.

Our first time we went for our Anniversary. The atmosphere was beautiful the waiter was so knowledgeable he explained in detail of the wine and specials it was so wonderful to have such a great waiter...awesome job Edgar for making our experience so wonderful! The food was over the top great! You can taste the homemade in every bite. We will definitely go back.

Excellent service and excellent food! We got the charcuterie board, the veal ravioli, and the rotisserie chicken with mashed potatoes and veggies. Everything was extra delicious and well seasoned. Everything came out the right temperature and very quickly. The waiter was super friendly. Could not rate this place higher. We will definitely be back

We’ve been going to Nino’s for over 30 years and my parents did before me. I think it’s the best classical Italian restaurant in Houston, actually my favorite anywhere. The service (Adam Saturday) is always good, the food never disappoints.

Awesome Italian food here. I have a plate of pasta with shrimp on the menu. It was very tasty. The service is very good and the staff very friendly. I like how the place is setup very cute. A good place to have dinner

Grappino di Nino's crab claws Lamonte are heaven. Coupled it with Elderflower Spiced Mimosa and the wonderful live music, you'll be flying high. A treasure in Montrose!
Update: I have been back several times and I'll keep the 5 star review. Alas, I was a bit disappointed at my Margherita pizette being stone cold. It was very good; I can only assume hot it'd be scrumptious. Oh well. You win some... I still love their food.
