This place without a doubt deserves more than a 5 star! The level of care and service provided is outstanding! Not only do they always remember your favorite seat, but they remember your favorite steak, temperature, wine and drinks! Call us a regular, but it is by far the best location and experience.

My first time here. I lost quite some weight following carnivore diet for the past 2 months or so. I can easily fast for 24 hours in the keno status, and felt I should grow more muscles which requires priming. Gauchos is perfect for it since with $67 you can eat beef: top loin, short rib, rib eye, wagyu, filet mignon, etc; for lamb you can eat leg and rib chop; for pork you have Brazilian sausage. And you have a full salad bar, though I am less interested in the salad bar, I still find its cured meat and cheese a good start. Their drinks and desserts menu looks fantastic too though I have no interests in them given my diet. So I ordered some tea. I got a lot of good meet and now I am sitting in my sofa and feels satiety, body well nutrient and hands and feet hot. It is a great value for priming and for family event. The whole meal took 2.5 hours for me and I will be back!

The ambiance was incredibly beautiful. The service was quick and made the experience feel even better! Our waiter, Natalia, was absolutely delightful. She made our evening very relaxing with all of her help. Definitely will come back and worth the money! 100% recommend for someone with a big appetite.

I came here with my wife to celebrate a big milestone of our life 🍾 This place always carries itself well in terms of top-notch service, eye pleasing decor, and the exquisite Gaucho Meat. To maximize your experience. Skip the cheese bread. Skim the salad area. Sub the soda for a drink that will cleanse your pallette, i.e., Wine, Caipirinha, Old-Fashioned, etc. I suggest you ask for hot sauce and sautéed onion/jalapeños. And dont sleep on Chimichurri Sauce. Enjoy the journey and food coma afterward. My all-time favorite in order: Mainly (Medium) - Picanha < Ribeye < Texas Kobe Beef < Grilled Pineapple < Beef Rib < Fraldinha < Plantain < NY Strip < Filet Mignon The lamb will have a little gaminess: So definitely utilize the Chimichurri Sauce. Shrimp definitely squeeze lemon on top Parmesan Chicken is great with Jalapeños. End night off with Creme Brulee Cheesecake. You won't be disappointed 😌

This has become our new favorite Brazilian steakhouse location in Houston! The service, the food, the atmosphere, and the experience were just great! We didn't have to wait for anything. Everything was clean, and the servers checked on us constantly and knew we wanted well done cooked meat, which was great to know. The salad bar also had many options, which was a huge plus, and all of this was great to have while viewing out of a third floor window! There was also a surprise cake for me on my birthday which was great and delicious!
