The Brisket House

Easy to find, and plenty of parking in the rear, this grand country restaurant has the best tender Turkey Sandwich on an egg bun that doesn’t need BBQ sauce as it is cooked in the toaster! With a side salad, it makes the meal perfect for an all around meal. Yosmer offered me a courtesy cup without asking and with a smile. He was very professional and remembered everything to-go. The sauce is sweet and peppery and mild, and sure to please. I would definitely Be back if I’m ever in the area. Enjoy!

Very impressed with the food and atmosphere. $- decent prices. Pretty typical of BBQ. My party had a brisket spud and a chopped beef. ~$23. FQ- Food quality was excellent. Granted we got chopped beef on both of our meals. But it had excellent flavor and tenderness. The spud was good too, plenty of butter and cheese. Sauce is good. S- Service: The only sub-par part of my trip here. It was VERY slow, we were the only ones in the shop when we arrived at lunch. The employee taking our order just seemed completely disinterested. By the time we left there were probably ten other patrons. A- Atmosphere: it’s a really nice place. Rustic, but nice. Would be a great place to watch football or have a large party. They’ve got lots of TVs and plenty of room. Parking is behind the restaurant.

My parents were in town and wanted to some good Texas bbq. The struggle has been hard trying to find a bbq spot with both good bbq, sauce , and sides. My mother and I orders the brisket loaded potato. The brisket was perfect! Potato was a nice size came with butter, cheese, green onions and sour cream. We both felt like potato was missing a little something. The sauce we received wasn’t good at all we couldn’t determine if it should have been bbq sauce or some type of ketchup. My father ordered the 2 meat plate. He stated his sausage, brisket and beans were also good. The Mac &cheese was okay. The sauce he had was ok, but nothing special. I’m willing to give the Brisket house another chance and try some of their other sides. The location is very big and has ample space for big parties. Everyone was very friendly. Drinks are self serve.

Ya'll!!!!!!! This place just restored my hope in Houston BBQ! Myyyyy Gawd!! This is why ya'll only got half of my food in the pic because I most before I remembered to take a pic. I'm a country girl from KY and I've been looking to find BBQ that is close enough to home. While I've had some good BBQ here, none has done it for me. Specifically the pulled pork. But BABBYYY The Brisket House on Cypress Creek? YEP! I'm sold! Now I can't vouch for the other locations but this one was amazing! The cashier was a sweetheart (Jess I think). I got the Two Meat Plate (Pulled Pork & Brisket), Macaroni & Cheese and baked beans! I got a side of slaw, a regular bun, sliced pickles and mayo to assemble a pulled pork sandwich! AMAZING! Reminded me of home! It comes with sliced pickles and onions. Those baked beans though? Sheesh! I got a side to go lol The mac was good & cheesy. The slaw was basic, but good. The brisket was tender and not dry like most places and the pulled pork perfect. The sauce is just right. Not too sweet. And the banana pudding was so good that I tried to save a little for home...it didn't make it lol All and all..10/10 highly recommend. The staff was nice and service fast. The space is huge and clean.

My family has been coming here for about 4 years and we always enjoy the food! My Fiancé and I decided to plan our couples shower here for about 30 people (they can accomodate more, too!). Overall great location to host an event. You can reserve their private room, or tables in the main dining area. They were able to set up a buffet line, which went very smoothly and they were very attentive on restocking trays as things ran low. I primarily worked with Edgar, one of the managers, to coordinate booking the space and finalizing the menu for the party. Our guests had compliments for the space, meals, and service!
