We had a great “stay-cation” here for our COVID honeymoon. It was very clean and the whole place is beautiful. The rooms were immaculate, and we felt very safe staying here during the pandemic. We loved that we could walk to so many great parks and restaurants right in Houston’s skyline district. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Every request was answered within minutes. I highly recommend Hotel Alessandra!

The hotel was beautiful! And the service was over the top fantastic. They brought us a mini fridge to keep our personal liquor cold. The valet was extremely quick. What really topped it off, was my boyfriend left two shirts in the room when we checked out. Someone dropped the ball and did not mail the shirts to me after I let them know what happened. When I called to let the front desk know, the man working the counter dropped the shirts in the mail that day, and then sent me the tracking number! Overall, beautiful hotel, amazing service.

My stay at Hotel Alessandra this weekend was phenomenal! All the staff were kind & extremely accommodating! The pool was fantastic, clean, serene & offered a beautiful view of the city! The location is perfect, so many walk-able things to do nearby. The room is well lit with natural lighting, comfortable bed & astonishing bathroom with a fabulous tub!! I would definitely recommend staying here!

We had our wedding scheduled with Hotel Alessandra this past April and unfortunately had to postpone due to the pandemic. While I can’t comment on our wedding itself yet, I can absolutely comment on the level of service we received up to that point. Hotel Alessandra has been wonderfully accommodating with tours, bridal portraits, and menu options. We have not encountered service that was anything less than impeccable from the valet stand, wait staff, front desk, and management. During the stressful time of the pandemic, rescheduling our wedding has been the easiest part. I am so happy we’ve chosen Hotel Alessandra as our wedding venue and can’t wait to celebrate with them in the fall.

Absolutely delightful hotel. I stayed here for work for 3 nights and loved it! Everything was impeccable, from the front desk staff (who lent me a curling iron!), to the housekeeping staff (who cleaned my room at 3pm after I was in the room all morning!), to the gorgeous sunny little restaurant where breakfast is served (with the friendliest servers), to the Maserati which will bring you anywhere downtown! I really enjoyed my stay, and I would love to stay here again someday.

This hotel is gorgeous! So much attention to detail. I love the juxtaposition of Old World and modern decor. All of the employees were so gracious. The bar is fun. Only drawback was the overpriced breakfast. Other than that, it was wonderful. Great location! We went for our anniversary. I can't wait to go back!!

What's not to like about this hotel! We were overbooked at our hotel and had to stay at the Alessandra. What a treat! From exceptional service, our own expresso machine, bathrobes to beautiful rooms, free shuttle service and a shower so big you could have a party in it. Ernesto even took me back to are hotel in the morning in a Maserati. There whole experience made me feel like royalty.

Me and my family stayed here Friday night to Sunday afternoon. Had to check out due to family emergency. The manager was very helpful with our concerns about the room we had and accommodated us. We would love to stay at this hotel again in the future with my family. Room was great size the valet had great services as well as room service.

Excellent place to stay in Houston. Recently stayed with a group of friend and would definitely recommend to anyone. The staff are wonderful and very welcoming. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Great location, close to many music/event venues. The room is nice and spacious. The bathroom is great! It has a big walk in shower with a rainfall shower head. The view from our room was great. The beds in the room were a little stiff and uncomfortable for my personal preference. Overall our stay was excellent.
