We found our favorite craft bartender again!!! Miriam is the best, we lost her for a bit! The blackberry bourbon sour is refreshing and delicious! The juicy goth is soo good with its shishito undertones! Then there is the hellflower, we had it with the shishito gin and jalapeño, omg…the spice up front and a medley of amazing flavors on the long finish! If you’re a craft bar snob,like me, know that most of them suck at food. Not Rosewater! The food is as eclectic and interestingly delicious as the drink menu! Don’t miss the kofta meatballs and the falafel plate! True to the description the spices reveal themselves as you slowly consume this work of art! One more point, you can judge a place by their Wednesday night crowd, this place rocks it! Hope this helps you to decide to make the trek to this rare find in clear lake.

Recently received excellent service from Bre & all the staff. Recent visit 6/18 a friend and I visited and she has a cast on her leg. The staff greeted us at the door and held the door for us to come in, which we kindly appreciated. Bre was so friendly and personable. The drinks were delicious & I must say the restrooms were super clean. Overall five star & it’s a vibe at Rosewater. Stop by and give them a try.. Support your local business owners.

Very nice boutique bar with a great drink menu and snack items. Great outside seating area. Our first waitress was very attentive, friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. (Very pretty red haired girl) She left, and the 2nd one came outside 5 different times and didn't look our way. Finally, i sent my husband in to get our check. As soon as she left us, she went straight back in, and the table beside us started chasing her. We will definitely go back, and I hope this post just brings awareness to be more aware of all the tables.

Found this place on Yelp trying to find a spot to grab some drinks while visiting my daughter. Was a hidden gem in a small strip mall. Trendy vibes and crafted cocktails. We was super busy but we were greeted by all the servers and they helped us find a table. Service was excellent and the drinks were top notch. Will definitely be back! Thanks for the great experience.

This place is a very cool little craft cocktail bar. They had a substantial menu of interesting and innovative drinks, and the ones we ordered were exceptionally delicious and well-executed by the bar staff. We also ordered a meat and cheese board, but we found that to be fairly mediocre and not worth the price. We did think the drink prices were quite good for the quality and execution, however. The overall ambiance of the venue is also quite pleasant, with a diverse clientele, neat decorations, and just a really chill vibe. The staff also seem warm, friendly, and totally unpretentious, which we really appreciated. We will be back very soon!

Update: went on St. Patrick's Day because they had lots of green drinks and I was blown away again! I ordered two orders of hummus with extra Zhug (which makes it spicy) this time and too many drinks 😅 This place is amazing for drinks you can't get anywhere else! Rosewater sour is the best! The Gouda on the charcuterie board is to die for although it was all delicious! It had little salt crystals in it and has such a rich flavor so the winner on the board for sure! My favorite hummus I've ever had is the spicy one here. It is freshly made in house and packed with flavor! I'd eat it every day if I could!

Just moved into the neighborhood and this looked like a cool spot so decided to give it a try. When arriving I was instantly pleased by the outdoor decor and the amount of liquor stacked behind the bar. Lighting, music and atmosphere is very chill and well l set. I asked the waiter to surprise me and gave her my preferences. I ended up getting the "weekend lover". It's like a Moscow mule with dark rum and blackberry. Also ordered the Charcuterie Board, highly recommend if your have a group of people to share with.
