Picked up a thanksgiving turkey 🦃! Definitely appreciate everyone who worked on Thanksgiving Day! We appreciate you!!! That being said it was a busy day! Understandable that service may not be 💯 when busy and providing service for an out of ordinary day. Pick up was quick and painless. We picked up and left without checking our order and had to return from a 30 minute drive since this location was the closest. We ordered the turkey + brisket and Sausage. We were not provided any BBQ sauce which we may have assumed would be included since ordering BBQ. Other than that it was an amazing quick and painless experience. Will definitely return next year!!!

After my Dad's appointments in the medical center he loves to be treated to BBQ & so-far Pappa's BBQ is his favorite in Houston. We tried this location on Wednesday & it was great just like all the other locations. My Dad is handicapped & it's never any problem for us to park, enter, order and then sit & eat. The employees are always extra accommodating & helpful in regards to his disability also.

I have had the pleasure of getting my breakfast from this location for the last two years. Deanna and Sonya are awesome.! They make my morning by greeting me with a smile and great customer service. They are reliable, fast and friendly. If you have not tried this location go and get the sausage, potato and egg breakfast taco.

Only leaving a review so that the workers get the recognition they deserve. I had to order food for my company office. The lady at the Togo counter was super nice, helpful and very very very understanding. As well as who I’m assuming is the manager who also helped me. They did great! Definitely need recognition

The morning staff particularly Deanna and Sonia are amazing! I call them the dream team because they can have a line and keep it moving they've always got a smile on their face and the food is always right and delicious. I've been going here for years now to pick up orders for my company and personally and they give exceptional service with a smile which is hard to find these days! The food is phenomenal their breakfast is delicious and the service is outstanding! I 100% recommend this location of Pappa's!

I really liked it! First taste of Texas BBQ, and I wasn't disappointed. Had brisket, yams (aka sweet potato), and Cole slaw. I WILL go back again before I leave Houston! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Oh, and all the sauces were great. Original was my favorite, but loved the sampling of different sauce styles.

I’ve been here quite a few times. I’ve also had a great experience! Food is warm and delicious. I personally get the Brisket Patty Melt 10/10! Pros: It’s on the feeder. Environment is great. Staff was friendly. Restrooms are clean. Food is always warm! The waiting time is fair. Cons: Food prices are decent but it’s definitely worth it. Overall I would highly recommend this Pappas BBQ location.
