I’m a regular customer and I always have a great experience. The food is great, the service is great, and the manager, Bushie, not sure if it’s spelled right. But, he always has a great attitude! People like him make me come back. Highly recommend!

The staff at this location came to my rescue yesterday for a last minute Thanksgiving feast for 20!
The food was delicious. I picked up the order but the staff as usual were gracious and helpful!

Lunch at La Madeleine today was great! I was greeted with a smile and service was quick and with a smile! I had a grilled cheese with tomato soup. Both were delicious!
Can't say enough how much I enjoyed the atmosphere and good food! It felt like friends and family! Will definitely be back soon!

You can feel your testosterone draining as you enter. I don’t think I’ve ever gone without a woman wanting to go. Sure. It has a charm and the good is consistently good.

I LOVED my experience here. I got an omelet with cheddar, spinach, and tomato. They gave me a complimentary croissant and they asked me if I wanted jelly or butter. They were extremely nice and very quick with our food. Unfortunately, they did not have the chai tea latte that I paid for, BUT the manager came to tell me personally and he asked if I wanted anything else instead and he would refund the chai tea latte completely without charging me for the substitute. I really appreciated how quick and generous the manager and all the workers were. Will definitely come again!

Okay this is a great place to meet for breakfast. I don't really care for lunch and dinner menu. I like the fact that there's no server so there's no tipping because of the budget. I also like the fact that I can go get my own coffee and sit as long as I like at the tables.

I absolutely adore this restaurant. The atmosphere is so amazing and laid back. Not to mention the food is good! We came for lunch and was still there and had dinner. It's one of my favorite places to go 🥰

Have been going there for years, always buying large Ceasar splitting it into two plates. Always was so much of it that it was hard to fit on two plates. This time, the salad barely covered the bottom on both plates. I literally started laughing. But when I got my glass for the drink, I almost started crying. See the picture why.
The service and quality of food changed so much.

Other than coffee options missing skim milk or even 2% milk vs whole milk which is our preference due to medical dietary restrictions, the Service Specialist “Thomas” made our visit feel like we were in Paris at a pleasant cafe! While we were there, it was easy to see that he is very engaged with everyone dining in! I was very impressed with his pleasantries for every table he stopped by to assist his guest! Bravo Thomas!!!
