They are right there in the hotel where I stayed at in Houston for me it was come down breakfast coffee downstairs

Good Starbucks that is in a good location. Near the Convention Center (though there is one inside it also) & Discovery Park. Staff is quite friendly and professional. I very really go to Starbucks (too corporate & expensive, plus I try to support small locally-owned locations far more), but I can certainly recommend this location if you're into it.

I was staying here and was just expecting a normal Starbucks experience but I had a server named Israel and he was SO sweet and funny, walked away with a smile. For anyone interested I got a iced chai tea latte with sugar cookie cold foam on top.

Got coffee here while watching the Chevron Marathon. The line was pretty long but it moved at a decent pace. The baristas we're awesome.

I am in a very long line at Starbucks. The baristas are struggling to keep turning out orders quickly, over long periods of time. They appear exhausted, by 10:50am. The store is clean and brightly lit. I ordered a small Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino, a large Flat White with four Splendas, and a large Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino, for my husband, my grandson Eedan and myself. This Starbucks wasn't accepting ordering over the Starbucks app, so I had to stand in line for 20 minutes to get my family's morning coffee. The drinks are excellent.
Note: This Starbucks is inside the Hilton - Americas, in Downtown Houston. There is no free parking nearby. Self parking, at the hotel, is $38.00.

The staff here are great. Consistent, quality standards you'd expect. We were here every day during a tournament. When there's a big event going on next door the line will be insane, but that's really not in their control - everybody wants a Starbucks! ☺️
