On a quick trip to Houston, my friends highly recommended we go to Toulouse for dessert and a night cap. I'm glad we did. The restaurant is situated in a high-end outdoor mall in a very nice part of town. As it was a nice fall evening on a Saturday, the place was packed. I would say make reservations just in case, especially for the outdoor seating. Sitting outside among the lighted trees and live music was like being transported to a cafe in France. There were people walking their dogs, shoppers, and the well-dressed patrons of the night all around us. The service was wonderful, and the desserts were divine. We ordered the Creme Brulee and Profiteroles. The Creme Brulee wasn't overly sweet and was served with lemon gelato and berries. As for the Profiteroles, It was my lucky night because the gelato of choice was pistachio, my favorite. The Profiteroles were like a Creme puff filled with gelato and drizzled with chocolate. It's absolutely amazing. We didn't get a chance to try any of the main dishes, but I would definitely come back again for dinner. However, if you are looking for a chic European dessert spot to end your night, make sure to stop by Toulouse.

Second time at this restaurant .I like it because it has an outdoor area with live music which makes it very lively ..Our server Kate was very soft spoken and polite .I liked the chanel No 6 drink either the glass it came in. The linguini wasn’t tasty but beef bourguignon and Risotto tasted good. We got shots which costs $230 for 6 person which I thought was overpriced . Overall an okay restaurant .

Toulouse is delicious French cuisine available at a high-but-fair price tag. Each course is lovely, and I highly recommend this restaurant! First, the butter (6/5) that comes with the complimentary bread service is habit-forming (5/5) And, yes, you probably will want to order seconds! My favorite appetizers are the lobster tacos and the cheese plate, both photographed below. The tacos, which are amazingly tasty (6.5/5), are a must-have at less than $20! The cheese plate is enough for multiple people and has a nice balance of cheeses, fruits, jams, and nuts. For my entree, I had the ham and cheese quiche (photographed below), which the chef perfectly prepared. (5/5)

Very noisy indoors. Outdoors maybe if they have giant fans that blow moist air all around, it wouldve been ok to sit out during this hot weather season. They gave us free bday cake with ice cream for the celebrant and it was a special cake of the day made by the chef. It wasnt available regularly on the menu. It was soo good. This place is always packed so always try to make reservations. Will try brunch next time.
