Eatwell Bakery Cafe

I called a few bakeries before Eatwell looking for a pineapple upsidedown cake. Most places don't make it. A few make it, but use canned pineapples(no taste...just sugary). When I spoke to Ziad, he said that they would make it with fresh pineapples. Sure enough, the pineapples were fresh AND they had it ready an hour and a half early. :) The price was reasonable (under $50) for these times of inflation. the cake was not dry or really moist, but somewhere in the middle. Although it wasn't the best pineapple upsidedown cake I've tasted(probably near a hundred in my nearly 50 years), the product and service was high quality...hard to find after Covid. Thanks Ziad :)

I showed up on a rainy Sunday looking for something sweet and Gluten Free. I ended up buying a whole chocolate GF cake with cream and strawberries on top♥️! The owner is the sweetest person ever, excellent service and the cake's taste couldn't be better. I can tell it's done with fresh ingredients and love! The kind of cake grandmas make♥️ I'll be back to try more things from the menu! 100% recommended⭐!

This place offers vegan cakes and their cake is ok. It was little bit hard and dry. I am not sure if the texture of the vegan cakes supposed to be like this. But it’s definitely not fluffy like a cake with egg. The pic i posted below is a vanilla cake. Cake shop owner is great. Ordered in the morning and took delivery at the afternoon.

This was my first visit and will definitely not be my last. It’s a quiet and quaint cafe that’s family owned and health oriented. The tabbouli was the freshest I’ve had that’s made to order. The owner shared his philosophy on food and provided an excellent dining experience. This would be a wonderful place to visit if you wanted to support locally owned, small businesses.
