Consistently really good eats. Salads delish! Fresh produce, delectable flavors, pleasing to the eye. Portions are hearty. Serves bkfst, lunch, dinner. Delivers, take-out & un-fussy dine in. You order @ counter & they'll bring to your table. Frequented by locals. Handicap accessible. Parking often congested, but not impossible. No alcohol served. Smoothies, however, wide selection & very popular.

We were staying in Houston for a few days and left the hotel for lunch. We didn’t want anything unhealthy and decided to give the Island Grill in Belaire a try. It’s not a fancy looking place but very quaint and comfortable. The person behind the counter was very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure our visit was pleasant. The food was really good and I didn’t feel guilty about eating “ junk” , even though we were eating out. A lot of times when I eat at a restaurant, they chop up pieces of lettuce that are part of the stalk and not very tasty. There was none of that and we went back the next day again. Give it a try. You won’t be sorry.

Nestled into the corner of the strip center near Stella, Link and Holcomb Boulevard. Island Grill is one of the best restaurants around. Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can never go wrong ordering from here. I love the morning smoothies, and fresh juices. The staff is always friendly, and this location is very clean. They have healthy options for gluten-free and vegan guests. Definitely coming back soon!
