They always seat us immediately and take our drink order. The ichibon salad is amazing! To the left they have sushi and to the right hibachi cooked right in front of you. Quick service, great food. And I like the soft version of music they play of poplar hits. I just wish they were open on Sunday!

Friendly staff, quick service. Restaurant very dark. My spicy crab salad was to spicy for my taste. All food seem fresh and recently made. My partner that night liked the food. So let’s say it’s not for everyone.

The staff was amazing. What made my day is the fresh ponzu sauce the chef made me. The 88 role was delicious too. Didn’t give them 5 starts because the edamame did not taste fresh. Will definitely come back to try more rolls.

The food is delicious, I really like the Katsu and the side salad because it comes with this really yummy sauce I can’t remember what it’s called but it’s my absolute favorite. The stuff is really friendly and on point.

TLDR; If you want hibachi, this is the place to go!
I walked in expecting it to be like your generic Japanese hibachi place, and boy was I wrong! The food tasted quite a bit better than your average hibachi place! Their chicken katsu was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The sauce that came with the katsu had a nice tangy flavor to it. The Ichibon Chicken was also great! Portions are HUGE, you could easily split a plate between 2 adults, so meals are a great value for those on a budget. For dessert, their green tea ice cream is thick and little on the bitter side--green tea fans will love it! It's a surprisingly cozy and pleasant restaurant to be in. Service was top-notch too. I recommend!

I eat sushi often all over the country. I have NEVER had a better roll than the snow crab roll pictured here. If you love sushi, you'll love it. Ichiban also has a hibachi grill area which is really good. It's a small establishment but more than makes up for its size in good quality and service.

Great dining experience. Ordered the 2011 roll and jalapeño roll with no cream cheese, both were very good. Flavors were on point and the amount of fish in the rolls was substantial. Also ordered veggie tempura, which was cooked well. Fast service, clean restaurant and restrooms, and reasonable prices. I'd definitely go again if I lived here.

I typically order their combination fried rice with extra garlic butter, to go. 😋 Happy hour is pretty good. The sushi is okay, I haven't tried 1 that makes me HAVE to come back to get it. Was pretty quiet on both week nights I ate here.
