My wife is a daily StarBucks loyalist! So everyday I go and pickup 1-2 drinks for her. They are not perfect! Sometimes they screwup the order, but they always correct the problem and the drinks are consistently good!

They're always very packed, so I ordered on the app and picked up at the pick up area. Quick and easy process. My go to drink is the mango dragon fruit refresher... Yum!

Employees are cool but I’m giving it 4 stars due to the location, this is one of the worst placed drive throughs I’ve ever seen. I don’t know who designed the layout of this particular location but that drive through is awfully placed.
The actual drive through experience like getting your order and all that is good tho, just where it’s placed sucks.

The staff there is awesome they deserve so much. I order every morning and they are always quick.They are always quick on the mobile orders and super friendly.The way they are handling today Free Cup Day crowd is awesome. I love them!!! Best Starbucks location.

I 💕 love coming in the store. When I go in, there are several people that say "Hi" and call me by name. They know me by name and always speak. Makes me feel great.Thanks to the crew of workers at Starbucks on Monroe and I - 45. Love ❤️ you lots. Y'all make my day.

The indoor dining area looks like it simply needs a good wipe down and vacuuming in general. The wooden chairs have obviously seen better days, too.
Aside from a ding in cleanliness, the atmosphere is what you would expect of a typical Starbucks, and this location seems to have avoided being congregated by the fairly large homeless population of the Hobby Airport area.
Since I get fairly simple drinks for prolonged stays and low calorie options at Starbucks, I don't have particular complaints to this location's Iced Black Tea Lemonade.
