Bayou & Bottle

Decided to go here after our tour for brunch, I absolutely loved the food. I’m always skeptical of having steaks outside my home, I’m not a rare meat kind of girly lol, but this was cooked to perfection and so flavorful🤤 It is located in the confines of the four seasons hotel, don’t know if that’s what makes the ambience enjoyable, either ways loved every corner with its own character. I was too hungry to get more photos lol so go check it out yourself ☺️🤩

Popped in here on 712 day for their burger and beer special and to look around the 4 Seasons Hotel. What a beautiful property! The Bayou & Bottle was also very nice with a prominent bar area, sitting areas and booths. The burger, fries and beer were great. Our server seemed a little detached from our group. We had to first ask for glasses for our beers and then silverware for our food. Both times she seemed put out. Overall we had a nice time and would return.

I attended a concert at Toyota center and it was 10:30 pm when the concert is over. I goggled nearby restaurants, this is the only one that still opens. With this being said, I did not expect anything special from the food as I notice this is more like a bar. But when I stepped into the building, a very nice scent catches me immediately and my expectation grew. After I was seated, I realized this is inside the Four Season hotel. But the items on the menu are not over priced. I ordered Chipotle Hummus ($13). It came out with a huge portion. I did finish it myself, but for a late night fare, it will be more ideal to share it with another one. Hummus is delicious! Pepper, tomatoes, cilantros, species, all give hummus distinct flavors! Plus, as I was the first to leave the stadium, I arrived here also the first. When I finished my food, I saw several other groups who also attend the same concert as I did.

I had the pleasure of visiting this establishment twice, once for cocktails and once for a meal. The cocktail experience was flawless - we were warmly welcomed and seated at the bar, where the knowledgeable bartender crafted exceptional drinks. The dinner was equally delightful, with standout dishes like the flavorful tacos and mouthwatering pork sandwich. While the ambiance is pleasant, it should be noted that being located within a hotel somewhat limits the immersive experience. Nonetheless, I thoroughly enjoyed my visits and would highly recommend this place for its excellent cocktails, delicious food, and overall enjoyable atmosphere.

My wife and I love coming here 3-5 times a week. Wonderful food, great staff and have a good relaxing time talking to the staff and other guests from out of town. Alyssa, Tommy, Jeff and Olivia are the best servers around and don't miss a beat, thank you staff for always taking care of us. And thanks Alyssa for taking the time with Kim for a photo.

What a beautiful building! And the service here was superb. The burger was delicious. Even the fries were amazing - regular and sweet potato. The Dr Pepper Old Fashioned was sweet, but great to try once. The lobster tacos were great too. The tortillas were thick and they had a little kick…but great flavor. The valet and greeters were so welcoming and kind. The bathrooms were beautiful too. I loved the black paper towel and toilet tissue.
