Reserve 101

Visited here last Saturday evening and while it was practically empty, with maybe 2 other patrons there was an overly obnoxious chick at the end of the bar (I’m guessing friends or coworker of the 2 male bartenders) she was just talking/yelling almost as if to draw attention to herself. Her loudness kinda killed the vibe of the place so we only had 1 and left. The bartender was really cool and helpful though. I really liked this place otherwise and would definitely recommend it if you’re in the area for a good cocktail. We ordered the “Snow on the beach” and “Brown derby” . Both were extremely tasty and well made.

This is a very enthusiastic 4 stars. We walked to Reserve 101 after a concert at the Toyota Center. It is small-ish inside which is ok. There is no question the bourbon selection is one of the best in town. The prices are reasonable too compared to getting a coveted or rarer selection in fine dining restaurant. They also have an selection of traditional & modern cocktails as well as wine. The clarified bourbon sour was one of the best new cocktails I've tried in a long while. The service could be a bit slow but was more than friendly enough to make up for it. We will absolutely go back.

We stopped by here on our way to the Blink-182 concert a few weekend back and we were NOT disappointed! Our bartender was so polite. He greeted everyone that walked in the door, engaged in conversation with people sitting at the bar, answered my questions about drinks, then made the one I chose perfectly! I love whiskey sours, but had NEVER had a Clarified Whiskey Sour… let me tell you.. GAME CHANGER. This place got me hooked and I’ll definitely be back!

Probably one my favorite bars I've ever been in. Sultry speakeasy atmosphere with attention to detail from the fresh cut flowers to water service as soon as you hit your seat. The whiskey selection (well, all the liquor really!) is impressive and they only use quality ingredients in everything. The drink menu is great, rotates seasonally, and there is something for everyone. Alan was absolutely stellar and makes a mean drink. I let him know what I like and he made up new custom cocktails all night. Great local crowd who enjoy chatting up the visitors. All in all, we can't wait to come back!
