Beautiful cafe with friendly helpful staff and a cool breakfast too. Freshly baked French croissants daily. All food fresh made from scratch. Italian Illy coffee, expresso, drip and cold brew Illy coffee. --- Enjoy :))

Had some time to kill and was looking for good coffee. I got that and more. Coffee was perfect. Customer service was excellent. Shout out to Jessica and team for the suggestions of things to do. I ordered the PB&J Oatmeal - subbed the peanut butter for almond butter. It was like eating the best PB&J sandwich. Highly recommend.

My favorite coffee shop currently. The ambiance is so cozy and chic you should be in a good mood as soon as you walk in. Servers here are very friendly and professional. I love that they serve illy coffee. I also love that they make handcrafted truffles, these are delectable treats for every occasion. The tahitian vanilla ice cream is so delicious.

Stopped by before hitting the road back to Dallas for a quick bite. Wasn't a long wait, staff was friendly. I came here specifically for the crepe and it was good .

Absolutely in love with the chocolate croissant! This place has a very clean, modern and cool vibe. The staff is very welcoming, friendly and attentive. The food is amazing. Everything tastes so fresh. The croissant was the most flakey and crispy pastry. Soooo good. If you’re in the area I highly recommend Merchant!

This cafe has AMAZING food and TOP-KNOTCH coffee (illy brand!). The workers are amazing and super attentive! Also their chocolate truffle and bon bons make as great gifts for anyone! I highly recommend their sandwiches and salads (can never go wrong!) if you are on a health kick. The kitchen does close 30 minutes prior to closure of the restaurant; so, I always make sure to call and place my order unlike some people.
Shout to Elias, Hai, and Shelby for making excellent coffee for me today!

My mother wanted coffee not (starbucks)
In a Sunday afternoon today it was hard to find in the galleria area 😪 kolache factory closed at 2pm and the nearest dine-in was Merchant!
We are amazed! Pumpkin chai latte, aromatic americano, Nutella banana and strawberry crepe and ahhhhh the Buen Giorno croissant!
This is by far my favorite place ❤
I will come here often and I just had to leave a review ! Please come here. The personal here are genuine and gave me the idea of pumpkin to the laté perfect for the month and weather!
