Uyghur Bistro

We went to try their Dapanji and Lagman. We were promptly seated when we got there, and their menu was filled with delectable food. Once the food got to us, and we had our first taste, we were on a gastronomic adventure. The dishes were spicy, the vegetables were fresh, and the noodles were succulent. We will definitely be returning here soon!

Outstanding food and service! I had no idea they were halal, too 🙌👳‍♂️ The manager/owner took the time to explain the dishes to me and make a suggestion (black pepper steak), which ordered. I've never eaten a better pepper steak before... Not nearly as salty as its competitors nearby, yet contains full flavor and resonated with balance. The serving size was perfect and the dish was masterful. I'll be returning to try the pickled chicken chili 👌

Aaaammmaaaazzzinggg food! Unique, authentic, and its halal! I love the pizza, and it's no ordinary pizza, a lot more like a pie with homemade double crust with a filling of delicious lamb and onions. A must try for your first visit. And of course the homemade noodles are out of this world. There are so many things I want to try on the menu and they all seem amazing. Good customer service and a clean and very nice atmosphere to sit down and eat. I highly recommend.

Excellent, authentic, unique, and high quality. This restaurant is Western Chinese - kind of a fusion of Turkish and Chinese food. We take tried half the menu and it is Absolutely delicious.Lots more seasonings and spices like cumin, Turmeric, coriander, etc. It's not the usual same chicken pieces in ten types of barely different sauce. This is real tender beef, succulent lamb, and big chicken. The lamb is the standout and even people who didn't like lamb liked the skewers and cumin lamb. Go here. Hands down one of the best restaurants I've ever been to. Everything that we tried was wonderful. You can tell it's all handmade and some dishes would be near impossible to replicate. Their big plate chicken noodles make me sad that I don't live closer because I want them every day. The Mala lamb made my mouth almost numb with spiciness but I couldn't help but slurp up every bit. If you're in the area, or even if you aren't, I highly recommend you give this place a try.

Visited for the first time last night and was NOT disappointed in any way. We ordered lamb kebabs, big plate chicken, and the stir-fried gan bian noodles. The kebabs were awesome, the big plate chicken was super tender and delicious, and the noodles were AMAZING. The noodles are hand-pulled and the perfect texture as well as level of chewiness. The portions are a bit smaller than I expected for the prices, but we will definitely be back.
