We made reservations months ago so we could attend after the Thanksgiving Parade. It was a perfect location and we were part of the first group to enter. We were quickly seated and greeted by our server who explained the menu and took our orders. The entire table chose to select from the lunch menu so we wouldn't see all the additional dinner items. The soup and our gyoza were good. Our Chef was a very nice young man, who didn't have a complete mastery of all of the skills, but was enjoyable to chat with and kept up with all the additions and changes people wanted while cooking. He created 6 delightful dishes and we left very happy. If you are a fan of this location keep in mind that it is going to be completely remodeled soon, but will still be open while the work is finished so it will be great to see such an enjoyable restaurant get all fixed up and become even better. When we return to Houston we will enjoy another visit. Thanks to all the staff!!!!

Let me start with the staff great personality smiles everywhere. The waiter has on point he would.npt let your drinks get low anytime something was needed he was right there. The cook had a great personality he was good but this is where the flavors were not the same as before. December 2022 this place and the food was amazing. For me it was the place to experience a great show delicious food and a great atmosphere. Fast-forward to 10/13/23 this is almost not the same place, not the same flavors, experience or quality. The quality has dropped significantly. Prior to this visit on 10/13/23 the 20+ visits here were identical amazing food service and show. Now the flavors are not the same, it leaves you wanting the previous experience and flavors. If it is your first time the flavors are good. If you have been here before you will be disappointed. In it's current state it does not match it's previous experience, food, or cleanliness.

2023: August! Went back and again & man this is the 15th time I’ve been, they never disappoint!! It’s always good service! Hard working people! It’s definitely a vibe!! Had a table with all adults!! It’s cool to sit next to strangers and eat! Now it was HOT 👀 ION know if it was the temperature 🤒 outside or just hot in the building but whewww!! We was sweating lol! But we still had fun!! I hope when you get the experience u get a great shelf and waitress! They make the experience better!! 2022: Make sure to sign up in advance for your chefs table (birthday gift) it’s really a complete meal! Which is definitely an awesome experience! I’ve been here 4-5 times in the past few years! Every time it’s always always always a good experience! The chefs are awesome, staff is always friendly, & the waitress are pretty good as well. The food is always amazing! SN: if you never been, don’t get the steamed rice, get THE FRIED RICE! THATS THE RICE PREPARED in front of you. It’s an extra ($4.50) charge per person! But well worth it because you get the shrimp/chicken fried rice! An average meal is $30, drink about $4-5! If you like steak, I love the teriyaki steak! It’s really sweet! Ohhh and allll first timers, ASK FOR THE YUM YUM SAUCE! It’s amazing wit the steak! I don’t drink and eat but I heard the bar is pretty awesome as well! Make reservations and save yourself time! And make them 30 mins later than when you want to arrive to give yourself time to park and go in! After 5 the parking is free but you must get the ticket validated before you leave!! And that’s all folks!!! It’s a fun environment for kids, BUT, really an adult place! Leave screaming babies at home!

I almost didn't go because of the reviews, but I'm glad I did. I had excellent service and the food portions are hearty! The atmosphere was a very pleasant bonus. Prices are reasonable too. The server Vanessa, took good care of me and was quick. She checked in often. The chef for the table service was Elias(I think that how you spell it). He was talented and made the dinner a lot of fun. Glad I went
